If we had to choose one type of dog that was the derpiest, it would have to be golden retrievers. Huskies come in a very close second, but they're too sassy to win the top spot of derpiest doggo. Golden retrievers are so derpy, in fact, that we have a theory that they all share one collective golden brain cell. They take turns passing it around to every golden out there, which would explain why most of the time they engage in such silly shenanigans!

Much like their singular-brain cell orange cat brothers and sisters, these howlarious doggos often find themselves in some sort of trouble or with a ridiculously derpy look on their faces for no apparent reason whatsoever. The best part is that they look cute in the process, and they make us laugh like there's no tomorrow. Just look at that face - adorable, floofy, pawsitively perfect, but not a single brain cell in there. Nothing. Just hot air, a desire for treats, and unconditional love. It's okay though, we love them anyway even if they are permanently derpy. It's part of their doggo charm that we couldn't live without!
